What assurances do I have that the puppy I purchase is healthy?
In keeping with our high standards, we own and operate our own veterinary clinic exclusively for the purpose of examining and evaluating our puppies. All puppies are given a thorough veterinarian examination at our clinic before they become available to the public. Our veterinarians will not accept any puppy for reasons of health or physical impairments. Each puppy is given up-to-date vaccinations and a preventative worming treatment.
Our puppies are maintained under extreme sanitary conditions. Arizona State Licensed Veterinarians visit our stores on a weekly basis performing follow-up examinations to ensure their opimum health. All kennels, water bottles and food dishes are sterilized daily with an antiviral, antibacterial disinfectant.
Each of our stores employ Animal Care Technicians whose position requires them to:
- Ensure the puppies are eating appropriately
- Administer up-to-date vaccinations
- Provide medications if necessary
- Monitor & document bowel movements
- Groom and examine each puppy daily
- Actively maintain our sanitary guidelines
Every puppy purchased receives a veterinary exam free of charge, by one of our many referral veterinarians. Plus, all of our puppies come with the most comprehensive health warranties available today.
How do your puppies get exercise?
Our puppies are rotated throughout the day to our designated play areas to ensure they are getting plenty of exercise and socialization. Each puppy gets adequate "play time" on a daily basis.

Our puppies are purchased only from caring private breeers. We do not support puppy mills nor any other unethical breeders. Working with strict company guidelines, our experienced buyers purchase our puppies from reputable, United States Government inspected breeders. They practice rigorous USDA cleanliness and health standards. We insist on purchasing only the highest quality companions with health being the #1 priority. We have established long term relationships with our supplies and breeders while working closely with them as part of our team.
